Where are you from?

I was born in Sofia, grew up in Dubai.

What is your previous experience and education?

Graduated IGCSE - Cambridge High School Dubai, UAE. Since 1996 I have been involved in real estate in Dubai and consulting activities. I have lived in a very international environment and in many different places around the world. Total of 4 continents. During all these years real estate has remained my passion. Since 2013 I have been dealing entirely with real estate, property management and facility management in Dubai, UAE. I recently started offering properties in Sofia.

What kind of real estate and areas are your specialty in Sofia?

I work with any type of property for sale or rent in all areas of Sofia.

What do you think is the most exciting thing about real estate?

The relationship between broker and client is extremely important to me. Every customer is different. It is very important to understand exactly what the client's requirements are and to find them the right property. Trust and faith are extremely important factors.

What is the best advice you can give your clients?

The best advice I can give my clients is to define exactly what type of property they are looking for, trust us and we will find the best that is in their interest.
