I was born in Ruse, Bulgaria

What is your prior business background or education?
I worked in finance - banking and commercial real estate advisory. I am a CFA charter holder, MRICS, and licensed valuer.

What type of real estate or area of Sofia is your specialty? 
I spent 6 years in commercial real estate, but now I am focused on luxury residential properties in the top center and selected neighborhoods in Sofia. Still, my background and experience with commercial real estate and banking allow me to advise and add value to corporate clients as well.

How long have you been working in the Sofia real estate industry? 
Since August 2014

What in your option is the most exciting thing about real estate in Sofia? 
It offers nice upside potential for investors, compared to other destinations in Europe.

What is the best piece of advice you can give to clients? 
Before taking a decision for buying, selling, or renting real estate, please always search for the advice of a trusted real estate professional, as you will save a lot of time and properly manage potential risks. And this always pays out in the long run.
