Investing
The Options
CLASS A offices are building with the latest technology and location management. In the city center, all the class A buildings are fully rented. Other class A buildings can be found on Boulevard Bulgaria, Mladost 4, Tsarigradsko Shose and around Paradise Mall and Tokuda Hospital. In general, there is little availability and knowing when contracts are expiring can be key. It's important to plan ahead. Start looking 6 months in advance and expect 2-3 months of contract negotiations.
Class B - are still dedicated office buildings, but slightly older. Class B can be a great option and offer excellent conditions but with more availability and for a better price.
Class C - Are not dedicated office buildings, like apartments or residential buildings that have been converted. This type of workspace is most common in the city center and a good solution for small businesses or startups.
