Where are you originally from?
From Sofia – I am born and raised here.

What is your prior business background or education?
I started working in property management in 2016 right after I got my bachelor’s degree from University of National and World Economy – Economics and Business. After that I acquired my master’s in the Military Academy G. S. Rakovski – that taught me to be disciplined and collegial.

What type of real estate or area of Sofia is your specialty?
I am very much interested in the multiroom apartments in the center of the capital city.

How long have you been working in the Sofia real estate industry?
When I graduated highschool I already knew that I want to work in Real Estate and everything that goes with it. I started in 2016 so I have a few years of experience in the field.

What in your opinion is the most exciting thing about real estate in Sofia?

I am interested most in the valuation and pricing of properties in Sofia – that is why I focused on acquiring the qualification of a professional Real Estate appraiser.

What is the best piece of advice you can give to clients?
The best advice I can give to my clients is to define exactly what kind of property they want and also to meet a credit consultant about the most favorable loan for their needs.

Hadjidraganov‘s Houses is a traditional Bulgarian restaurant that I would recommend to both foreigners and Bulgarians. The restaurant is situated in four restored houses can make the guests immerse their selves completely in the ancient Bulgarian atmosphere and the meals would satisfy even the most pretentious taste.
