Where are you originally from?
I was born in Guadalajara, Mexico but I was raised most of my life near San Francisco, California. I am Mexican/American.

What is your prior business background or education?
I graduated with two Bachelors from University of California, Davis: International Relations with focus in Economic Development and Spanish. However, my work experience background is very diverse. I have over 15 years of experience in Property Management/Real Estate, banking, customer support, and education. For the past four years I have been the director and co-owner of an International American summer camp and founder and Director of an NGO focusing in youth development.  

What type of real estate or area of Sofia is your specialty?
My specialty is apartments and homes for sale and rent and don’t have a specific area I work with because I believe Sofia is a white canvas that is evolving every day, with new opportunities and ready to be explored. However, I have a special love for the Center area, where I have lived since I moved to Sofia over four years ago and I very familiar with it.

How long have you been working in the Sofia real estate industry?
I recently started working in the real estate industry in Sofia, however, I have a lot of experience in this field from my work in the USA market. 

What in your opinion is the most exciting thing about real estate in Sofia?
Real Estate is in my opinion a fascinating world; it is more than a job, is a life style. As a Property Consultant not only I get to meet all types and shapes of people from different backgrounds that get to enrich my world but I also get to help people to find a home where they get to create new unforgettable memories. As real estate agents we don’t just get to help you meet your housing needs but we get to help you feel a sense a belonging and respect for enjoying your best life. 

What is the best piece of advice you can give to clients?
Don’t rush the process. Do your homework, research, and know exactly what you want. Trust that we will do everything we can to find you the home that meets all your expectations and needs. Most importantly, we are a team.

There are amazing restaurants in Sofia. There is one that gives you a vintage vibe and has an amazing garden where you can enjoy your food in tranquility surrounded by trees and a beautiful garden. Its name is Crazy Diamond. And the food is wholesome and good for the soul.
