I have been living in Bulgaria for over 10 years. I
had a chain of healthy food cafes in Sofia. After that I joined First Estates.
I have MBA in International Business Management.

area of Sofia is your specialty?
I work mainly with residential properties in
rental and sales.

in the Sofia real estate industry?
For 3 years now.
5. What in your opinion is the
most exciting thing about real estate in Sofia?
It's a very dynamic market. I
also enjoy meeting and working with people from all over the world.
6. What is the best piece of
advice you can give to clients? The thing is that people meet me at the very
beginning of their journey in Bulgaria, while they know nothing or very little
about the country. So, my advice is to make sure you trust your broker and you
believe that they understand what your needs really are.
7. Recommend a restaurant to our
readers?
My Favorite place in Sofia is
Tom's Place, ul. "Sheynovo" 2, 1000.
Great food and friendly, cosy atmosphere which makes it a winning
combination to me. Maybe the fact that he’s Irish also helps 😊
However, there are plenty of lovely restaurants in Bulgaria, this is a country
where people love to meet friends and to have fun.
